Shipping to Canada has had mixed results.  Our goods should not be subject to duties - but the CBSA sometimes gets that incorrect.  They should work with you, but if not, refuse the shipment and contact us.  For the rest of the world, including Canada - we are not responsible for paying customs duties, this includes Amazon Sales.

If you require a different carrier, please email us and we can make special arrangements. Any shipments refused from FLITELite are still responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duty, taxes, and customs fees. The amount will be subtracted from your product refund.

Shipping Rates

Rates will automatically be applied at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable. If  standard rates don't apply, and we will supply you with a quote.

Expected delivery time of your order

Provided all items are in stock, your order will ship within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed, as orders may experience unexpected delays. 

We run a family business.  We build your order in our shop.  Sometimes other things in life can cause delays - like kids...so please be patient with us.  We make every effort to get orders out the door as rapidly as possible.  If you are going on deployment, give us a call and make sure we know the urgency of your order so we can better help you.

At checkout, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address, so your selected carrier is able contact you if required. 

How are sales taxes applied to your order?

The appropriate sales taxes will be applied to your order automatically upon checkout. Taxes are based on the State where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of the US are not charged taxes, but are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged by your customs office.
